Your Day-to-Day

- Drive best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years in a technical leadership or senior developer role
- Strong expertise in backend technologies (PHP, Laravel, Symfony, Node.js)
- Experience with frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React)
- Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Proven experience leading technical projects from conception to delivery
- Excellent communication and mentorship skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong knowledge of database design and optimization
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling applications and teams
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Experience with event-driven systems and message queues
- Background in machine learning or AI integration
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Experience with distributed systems and high-availability architectures
